“I found Michael very refreshing in an industry where people are simply trying to place people and collect money in my view. Whatever he said he would do, he did, he helped me with my presentation to a new employer which I believe was invaluable and I can see Michael picks “horses for courses” i.e. he will only put forward ( one at a time not multi candidates) candidates he feels are right for the job.”
